Located in the small hamlet of Olivola, once seat of the medieval castle, the apartment with its attached tower and dominating position draw a fascinating scene.

Accommodation: Apartment or B&B room

Accommodation for 2 up to 5 people includes a spacious and bright `1-bedroom apartment` (80 m2).
Accommodation for 4 up to 7 people consists of a `2-bedrooms apartment` (100 m2).

`1-bedroom apartment` for 2 up to 5 people includes:

* Ground floor : living room where there is a new double-sofa bed and dining area (surface 30 m2), a custom designed kitchen with Carrara marble work surfaces and ancient marble sink, it is supplied with an hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer top, kettle, filter coffee maker for American coffee, table and chairs, bathroom with shower, a cozy sitting room features original part exposed stone wall and is furnished with sofa, fire place and wooden stairs lead to upper floor.

* First floor: main double bedroom (20m2)
`1-bedroom apartment` rate from 490 Euro per week.
The rate includes water, electricity and gas consumption, heating, final cleaning, and linen (towels, sheets..)

B&B accommodation: a romantic double bedroom opens out onto a sun panoramic terrace (34 m2), with stone steps that lead down to the garden. Bathroom with bath.
B&B accommodation for 2 people is 70 Euros per night, including breakfast and water, electricity consumption, heating, final cleaning, linen (towels, sheets..).

The genuine breakfast, prepared with home-growing products, supplies milk,
coffee, tea, homemade biscuits, focacce and and their fragrance
take guests back to old times..it can also become a brunch.
On sunny days breakfast is served in a peaceful and secluded garden, or
panoramic terrace, enjoying a lovely view over countryside and the Appennine
mountains in the background.
